Unser Cottage Chardonnay befindet sich auf einem sehr schönen, abgesicherten Villengrundstück im grünen Constantia, Kapstadts beliebter Villengegend mit bester Infrastruktur, mitten im Weinanbaugebiet Constantia Valley.
Separiert vom sonstigen Geschehen, aber dennoch eingebunden in die Annehmlichkeiten des Anwesens: Zugang zum großen Garten mit solar-beheiztem 40qm-swimming-pool, sicheres Parken in einer der Doppelgaragen mit direktem Zugang zum Cottage, schneller Anschluss an das Internet. Dies zu Mietpreisen, die nicht das für diese nachgefragte Gegend gehobene Preisniveau widerspiegeln.
Das Ein-raum-apartment mit praktischer Küchenzeile (e-herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle) hat einen privaten, nicht einsehbarem 60qm-großen Patio mit kleinem Garten, der mit Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenliegen und Grilleinrichtung ausgestattet ist. Zur Unterhaltung und Kommunikation steht ein 102cm-smart-tv mit Internet-anschluss zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung mit schöner Gartenbeleuchtung in der Nacht und modernem Alarm-system mit Anschluss an einen privaten Wachdienst tragen ebenfalls Sicherheit und damit zum Wohlbefinden der Gäste bei.

Unser Cottage wird vom Aa, dem Adac-pendant in Südafrika, im Rahmen des Aa Quality Assured Accommodation Programme besonders empfohlen und mit "highly Recommended" (höchst empfehlenswert) bezeichnet.
Shopping:
Ideal, besser geht es nicht, im 2 Minuten entfernt gelegenen Shopping Center "Constantia Village". Versorgung mit Weinen aus der Region direkt vor Ort zu Weingutspreisen.
Lage:
Zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen, ideal für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen: Tafelberg-seilbahn 25 km, Kap-naturreservat 25 km, Botanischer Garten 5 km, V&a Waterfront 20 km, Parlament, Malay Quarter 20 km. Kurze Anfahrt zum Meer und den herrlichen Stränden im Südosten (False Bay, Muizenberg 15 km) und im Nordwesten (Table Bay, Blauberg 25 km).

Preisgünstige und gemütliche 3-Sterne Ferienwohnung in Constantia, Kapstadts beliebter Wohngegend mit bester Infrastruktur! Das One-room-apartment liegt als separates Gebäude mit eigenem 60qm-großen Patio und kleinem Garten auf einem parkähnlichen Grundstück mit solar-beheizten 40qm-Swimming Pool.
1. Parties and Receptions
No parties or receptions are permitted on the property. The house is located in a quiet residential area with mostly single-family homes. Only the people booked in are allowed on the property. No outside guests! No loud music!
2. Smoking on the premises
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the building. We do allow smoking outside in the garden, but we ask you not to flick the ash or cigarette butts around. We can provide you with a wind-protected ashtray that should then only be emptied into the rubbish bin outside the buildings.
3. Use of the swimming pool and garden
The swimming pool can be used between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm daily. The cleaning tool (our robot called "henry") cannot be removed from the pool and can't be taken apart or stood upon. Please help us save the valuable water and don't take it out of the pool unnecessarily by excessive jumping in and out of the pool or splashing about.
4. Parking
Parking for one car in the courtyard.
The guests are expressly asked to use the allocated parking only and to leave the car well positioned with enough space for the other guests' Car!
We ask our guests to lock their cars and to close all the windows. Under no circumstances should any valuables, handbags or articles of clothing be left in the car.
5. Rubbish
All rubbish should be put into the coloured bins which are situated within the courtyard.
We Do Recycling: Please place paper, plastics and glass/bottles separated from the other rubbish in the dedicated bin! Due to lack of space, we ask you to make the rubbish smaller or to fold or squash it up, e.g. empty plastic bottles or boxes. All bins are emptied every Friday. Organic rubbish should be put into plastic bags and not directly (loose) into the empty bins to avoid bad smells.
6. Barbeque (braai) and open fires
We provide our guests with a Weber grill. Charcoal is not necessarily available unless previous guests have left some behind. Firewood and wood as well as gas or charcoal is to be purchased by the guest (self-catering). Kindly don't grill too smoky – the other guests will be grateful not to end up smoking themselves. It goes without saying you have to be very careful with outside fires and that the grill and grill place should be left in exactly the same condition in which it was found.
7. Satellite / TV programmes
All our units are fitted with Smart Tvs linked directly to the Internet (to receive Channels in languages other than English). The Multichoice service "dstv" is not available!
8. Guests of our guests
Overnight stays of friends of our guests are not allowed!
Receiving guests for a social meeting is in principle possible (max. 4 people), but it must be coordinated with us in advance and approved by us.
