**Check-in and Check-out Times:**
Check-in time is at 1:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

**Visitor Policy:**
Non-resident visitors are welcome until 8:00 PM. For the safety and comfort of our guests, we kindly request that all visitors depart by this time.

**Quiet Hours:**
Please observe quiet hours after 11:00 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

**Booking Confirmation and Payment:**
To confirm your booking, we now require 100% advance payment. Please be aware that we reserve the right to remove partially paid guests from the confirmed booking list and deny check-in, regardless of the booking platform used.

**Toiletries:**
We provide basic toiletries to enhance your comfort during your stay.

**Cancellation Policy:**
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
